Immerse yourself in sacred sound, presence, inner stillness and balance as we welcome the autumn equinox

As the light comes into balance with the dark, we gather in the heart of Glastonbury to return to the quiet centre of ourselves.

This two-day retreat is a gentle weaving of sound, silence, energy, reflection and presence. An invitation to come back to your own natural rhythm… to meet what’s here, and to soften into what’s steady and true. Held during the potent turning of the autumn equinox, we open to the deeper grace of balance not as a concept, but as something lived and felt.

With guided meditations, satsang, sacred chanting, sound journeys, Darshan and divine light energy healing, we’ll explore what it means to stand in that middle space… where the divine and the human are both welcomed, where letting go clears space for what really matters, and where stillness holds us through it all.

We come together in the heart of equilibrium and listen for what’s ready to be known, felt, released… and received.

Testimonials

“Imogen and Ruhiya created such a relaxing, welcoming environment from the very start, and that simply deepened during the day. Their gifts of Divine Light and Sound Healing complement each other beautifully, and left me feeling deeply grounded and peaceful by the time we came to a close. We were a brilliantly eclectic group, and the common theme that shone through was when almost everyone said ‘I was so drawn to join this’ or ‘this was a no brainer to come to’. So if you’re feeling that too, then this is a yes!” – Helen

“I would like to thank you both so much for creating such a wonderful day on Saturday.  I have not experienced anything quite like that before and it was moving in all sorts of ways. Emotionally – yes, but also in a way that is harder to put into words. I feel a little more insight and depth in my heart, more open. And, I feel very much drawn to move further in this direction.” – Matt

How We Met...

We met when we were 11 years old at Quaker camp in Wales, bonding in muddy wellies, eating marshmallows and musing over the meaning of life by the campfire. Our friendship continued over our teenage years meeting at Quaker events, and as pen pals exchanging updates. Life then took Imogen to live in the USA, Spain and Portugal, and Ruhiya to Dubai. Many years later we reconnected when we both found ourselves living in the UK again. Since then, we have stayed in close touch, still musing over the meaning of life and gazing in wonder at nature. We look forward to holding space together after many years of supporting one another’s journeys.
