This six-day course offers guidance and practice on a simple, effortless awareness meditation using the ‘notice and release’ method. It’s designed for those seeking to develop and support their practice through daily group sessions over a concentrated period. Whether you are a beginner or already experienced with meditation, all are welcome.
Sessions blend instructive guidance, silent practice, and Q&A opportunities to address practical queries about this straightforward technique.
Attendance of the first session is required as it will set the foundation to all the other days. To maximise benefits, I ask that you try to attend all six sessions.
PLEASE NOTE: Events are typically recorded so by attending any group events and meetings with Imogen you consent that your voice and/or image may be used publicly for the sharing of Satsang and therefore it is your responsibility to turn your camera off or ask questions via the chat if you don’t want to be recorded.
“I loved every moment of attending. The steps are great pointers and gives me the permission I need to give this to myself, the resting as the ground of who I am or as close as I can get to it.
“I really enjoyed our 6-day mediation study group. The technique Imogen gave us was very simple and clear. We had time to ask questions and practise together. Meditation felt more like being not doing, my questions were answered and old beliefs about meditation started dissolving. I felt supported and grateful for receiving the gift of this practice and I hope to continue dedicating my time to Meditate/ Be.” K.R. | UK
“Thanks very much for the study group. I was surprised to find that the more I tried the technique, the more I felt it was ‘possible’ ie. I had an experience of being aware of awareness at times & feeling like I sometimes do in transmissions ie my mind unplugs. Mostly I was noticing a series of phenomenal arisings, but if I persevered, this sometimes changed into something quieter & maybe once, even joyful. It didn’t feel like a meditation in the way I’m used to as the time always went really quickly & yet the effect was similar – I generally felt clearer & ‘slowed down’ from my usual anxious state.
