My Approach

At the heart of this work is a simple truth: nothing in you is outside of love. Even what feels broken, hidden, or unworthy is already held in the embrace of being. Awakening is not an attainment but a remembrance, a tender softening into what has always been here.

I don’t see life as divided into spiritual and non-spiritual, divine and ordinary. All belongs. The joy and the ache, the stillness and the mess… each is part of the same wholeness. This path is not about escaping the human, but meeting it with tenderness, and in that meeting discovering the presence that has never left.

Foundations of this Work

Awakening as remembrance
Awakening is not something to reach for, but a soft return to what has always been here. It is grace, not striving, that opens the way.

Wholeness includes the human
Grief, shame, longing, anxiety… nothing is left out. Even what feels most broken belongs in the field of love.

The heart as centre
The heart is where true knowing lives. Not in concepts, but in warmth, intimacy, and compassion.

The mystery of not-knowing
Freedom comes in surrender. When certainty falls away, life reveals itself in its own time.

Embodied presence
This path is lived through the body, the breath, the nervous system. Healing does not come through bypassing, but through tender inclusion.

Grace as the mover
Transmission, darshan, silence… these are not skills to master but openings where Grace does the deeper work.

Sovereignty and sacred boundaries
Love is not collapse. It carries clarity and the courage to say no. Your own inner authority is honoured here.

Devotion to the Divine Mystery
A thread of Divine Mother’s mercy and protection runs through this work — intimate, spacious, and free of dogma.

Who This Speaks To

This path is not for everyone, but it is for the ones who recognise themselves here:

  • The weary seeker — tired of striving, ready to rest.
  • The tender soul — feeling too much, carrying wounds or shame, longing to know nothing in you is wrong.
  • The hidden mystic — quietly devoted, yearning for intimacy with the sacred without the weight of dogma.
  • The integration-seeker — touched by awakening, now wondering how to live it in the ordinariness of life.

If you find yourself in these words, you are not alone. This work is not about becoming something else, but about discovering that who you are has always been enough.

How It Unfolds

When we meet, it is not about fixing or striving, nor about handing down answers. This is not therapy, nor a place for analysis. Those have their own vital place. What unfolds here is not conceptual but experiential: a meeting in presence, where Grace is given space to move.

We arrive together into stillness, into the body, into the breath. We turn towards what is here, especially the parts that feel unlovable. Grace does what effort cannot, reorganising what is ready in its own time.

Words may point, but it is the silence and the light that speak more deeply. Again and again, we return to the simple truth: nothing in you is outside of love.

In Essence

This work is a devotional path of remembrance, tender, embodied, rooted in love. It honours the human and the divine equally, allowing the mystery to hold it all. I do not offer myself as authority or guru, but as a companion. A presence in which you may remember, again and again, the light and love that you already are.

In love and service ~ Imogen

This is a space for the exploration of awakening, integration and embodiment, it’s a space that supports a deepening of Self. I don’t separate between spiritual or non-spiritual, all is included. It’s just LIFE and exploring what it means to be human, what it means to be alive, what it means to suffer, and what it is to accept all into the embrace of our experience. Understanding what awakening is, what spirituality is and what they both are not – brings these lofty ideals of ‘enlightenment’ back down to lived reality in each and every moment. Learning what it means to transcend and include all that we are, all that we experience, into the broader context of open-awareness.

For me what I offer here isn’t therapy and it’s not about the acquisition of more knowledge. It’s about the direct experience of Self using the tool of spiritual discussion & conversation (Satsang), and supported on a deeper level with Divine Light Transmissions. It’s about a meeting of our shared humanity, and our shared divinity and as such I don’t place myself higher than you, different than you, more than you. I don’t claim to have all or even any of the answers. I’m here to support this conversation of “What is the nature of reality? What is the nature of Self?” as a mentor, a teacher, a guide, an energy healer, and a spiritual midwife of sorts – to walk hand in hand with you on this beautiful, messy journey of Self discovery, as Self meeting Self. To discover the light Being that we are at the heart of all existence.

We are all figuring out life as best we can. A lot of the people I meet along the way are looking to others to give them answers. I encourage each and every one of you who happen upon this website to look into your own direct experience, use your discernment, listen to what others have to say and mark it against your own internal compass and intuition. Drop all your judgements about what you think you know and take a careful look, take a look prior to your assumptions, I encourage you to do so earnestly. See if whatever they (or I) are pointing to stands up to scrutiny, does it point back to your own truth? But don’t take my word for it…. go looking for yourself!

So I invite you to reach out and connect, I’m here for this ~ Imogen
