Ticket Information

  • Last day to book: 15th May 2026, 11:59pm (UK).
  • Full Payment: The full balance must be paid by 15th May 2026, 11:59pm (UK).
  • Early Bird Deal: Save £60 if you book by St. David’s Day – 1st March 2026, 11:59pm (UK) — full payment is required upon booking. Earlybird deal is not available for payment plans.
  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of £350 (or £360 for payment plan 2) is required to secure your place. Spaces are limited so we recommend booking early.
  • Payment Plans: Payment plans are available (see above). All payments must be paid in full by 15th May 2026, 11:59pm (UK). Once your registration form is complete and the deposit paid, payment arrangements for the remaining balance will be emailed to you within 24hrs.

Cancellation Policies

Participant Cancellation Policy:

  • Before 15th May 2026, 11:59pm (UK): If you cancel, you’ll receive a refund of your payments, minus the non-refundable deposit and any processing fees.
  • After 15th May 2026, 11:59pm (UK): No refunds will be issued.

Organiser Cancellation Policy:

  • The retreat will only go ahead if at least four participants have booked by 5th April 2026. We recommend refraining from booking flights and other transport until after 5th April, once your place and the retreat has been fully confirmed.
  • If the retreat is cancelled by us or by the venue, all payments will be fully refunded without any deductions.
