General Travel Information

Train Travel

Train schedules below are for Saturday, 7th June, arriving in Haverfordwest by early afternoon. This allows time for onward travel to St. Davids and arrival in time for the 5:00 PM orientation meeting.

Coach Travel

Coaches tend to arrive in the evening. If traveling by coach, you’ll likely need to arrive the day before (Friday, 6th June) and stay overnight near Haverfordwest or St. Davids.

Local Travel

All public transport options listed arrive at Haverfordwest, which is approximately 16 miles from St. Davids. From there, you can take the local bus (T11) or a taxi. Details on local transport options are at the bottom of the page.

From St. Davids, St. Non’s is a 15-20 minute walk down a quiet and safe road.

Taxi

The journey to/from St. David’s—Haverfordwest takes approximately 25 to 30 minutes. We recommend pre-booking a taxi but they can also be found outside the train/bus stations. Approximate cost: £45–65, depending on the service provider and vehicle type.

If there are multiple people arriving to Haverfordwest around the same time, we’d happily arrange a Taxi for you to share. You can register your interest for this either via email or in the Telegram group.

Parking

There is parking available at St. Non’s Retreat Centre for retreat participants.

However, overnight camping in vehicles et.c is NOT permitted within the house grounds or the visitors’ car park up the lane. If you are attending the retreat non-residentially in a campervan, you will need to find parking elsewhere, such as a nearby campsite.

During the day, campervans are welcome to park on the premises (space permitting). Overnight parking for cars is allowed for residential guests.
