Session Booking
Please make sure you’ve read the disclaimer before attending your session.
By attending a session I assume you have read and agreed to the terms set out in it.

Sessions are available on a sliding scale basis, please select the donation amount you’d like to offer for your session. If you need to make other payment arrangements with me please get in touch, no-one will be turned away due to lack of funds.
Please leave a minimum of 7 days between sessions unless you have it with discussed with me prior to booking.

Informed Consent/Legal Disclaimer
I (the one receiving sessions with Imogen) understand that I am solely responsible for creating and implementing my own physical, mental and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions and results arising out of or resulting from any mentoring, teaching or energy transmissions with Imogen. As such, I agree that Imogen is not and will not be liable or responsible for any actions or inaction, or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided by her. I understand that this not therapy and does not substitute therapy if needed, and does not prevent, cure, or treat any mental disorder or medical disease. Also it does not constitute legal or professional advice. I understand that Imogen reserves the right to choose who she’ll work with.
I also understand that sessions are recorded as standard and it is my responsibility to request if I would prefer the session to not be recorded. More information on this subject can be found in the FAQ’s.
I hereby affirm that I have read, understood and agreed with the above.
Cancellation Policy
- Up to 7 days before your session: You can reschedule or receive a refund minus any non refundable PayPal transaction fees taken out at the time of booking.
- The week before your session: You can reschedule to another date/time. No refunds are given.
- Please be mindful that if you cancel/reschedule a session within 24hrs of that session it’s unlikely I will be able to offer the session slot to someone else. I understand that life happens sometimes, but if you could avoid changes within 24hrs that would be much appreciated.
Rescheduling can be done yourself via the confirmation email, or get in touch with me and I can make any adjustments for you.
While I will always do my best to honour all of the sessions that are booked, if I need to cancel a session for whatever reason you will either be given the option to reschedule the session to an available time/day of your choosing on my booking calendar, or given a refund in full.
Video for One-on-One Sessions
I use the Zoom.us video conferencing platform for all my sessions and meetings. If you’ve never used Zoom before you’ll need to sign up for a free account with them and download a piece of software (free too) prior to our session. Details for downloading the Zoom software are below.
At the time of our session click on the link in the confirmation email sent at the of booking and it should open up the Zoom software. Please let me know if you don’t have a webcam prior to booking a session.
