The Divine alone Is.

All other expressions are of this.

Since the early hours of this morning, I have been dwelling in the quiet truth carried by the words “The Divine alone is.” It is a statement so simple, so profound, that it beckons us into the depths of contemplation. It invites us to see beyond the veils of the countless forms of existence, beyond the dance of appearances and phenomena, into the heart of what is eternally true.

The Divine is not an object to be grasped or a concept to be understood. It is not something separate from what we perceive or experience. It IS. It is the essence, the unchanging ground, the silent source from which all arises and into which all dissolves.

When we say that the Divine alone is, we are not dismissing the infinite variety of life’s expressions. Rather, we are recognising their root, their origin, their foundation. Every experience, every thought, every breath—each is an expression of that which cannot be contained, the indivisible whole.

All other expressions are of this. The play of light and shadow, the ebb and flow of emotion, the birth and death of each moment—they are all emanations of the same source. This truth does not diminish the beauty or significance of these expressions but instead illuminates them. It shows us that the sacred is not confined to some distant, exalted realm. The sacred is here, now, in everything.

When we deeply know this, life is transformed. The mundane becomes extraordinary, the fragmented becomes whole, and the seeker dissolves into the sought. This is not a philosophical idea to be debated; it is a living reality to be felt, known, and embodied.

We may look to the myriad forms around us and see them as separate, distinct, or even opposed. Yet, all are threads in the same infinite tapestry, woven by the hands of the Divine. This is not to negate their uniqueness but to celebrate their interconnectedness. The flower blooming in the field, the bird soaring in the sky, the tears running down a cheek—all arise as unique notes in the great symphony of being, each carrying the resonance of the whole.

And so, the invitation is simple yet profound: to rest in the knowing that the Divine alone is. To see the expressions of life not as distractions or illusions but as doorways back to the source. Every moment, every encounter, every breath is a reminder, a reflection, a return.

In this knowing, there is nothing to grasp, nothing to resist, and nowhere to go. For the Divine is not elsewhere; it is here, in the stillness and the movement, the form and the formless, the known and the mystery. The Divine alone is. All other expressions are of this. And this is enough.

To live this truth is to live in peace. To embody this truth is to embody love. And to know this truth is to awaken to the wholeness of being.
